Quality Engineer – Manufacturing

A well-established engineering and manufacturing company supplying specialist components to a global high-tech industry is looking for a Quality Engineer to join their growing team.
The Role:
Reporting to the QHSE Manager, you’ll support quality management systems (ISO 9001), internal audits, and compliance while working closely with operations to improve processes and resolve quality issues.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Develop and implement quality standards
✔ Support QMS, ISO, environmental, and H&S requirements
✔ Investigate and resolve quality issues with operations teams
✔ Conduct internal & external audits
✔ Work with suppliers to improve quality performance
✔ Maintain quality documentation and reporting
What You’ll Need:
🔹 Experience in a manufacturing environment (essential)
🔹 Knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean, and quality tools
🔹 Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
🔹 Strong problem-solving and communication skills
