The Role:

After a 4-week training program to set you up for success, you’ll join one of our conveyancing teams. You’ll handle a mix of freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership cases, matched to your experience level. The bonus scheme lets you earn an extra £12K-£15K per year on top of your base salary. Plus, a clear career path to help you grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales and purchases from start to finish, keeping all parties (clients, brokers, agents, and solicitors) in the loop.
• Build strong relationships and keep everyone updated on progress.
• Deliver top-notch service to clients and partners.
• Spot potential risks and resolve issues before they become problems.
• Keep files organized and compliant with regulations and SLAs.
• Prepare and send contract papers for sales.
• Handle sale enquiries and review search results.
• Stay organized to hit exchange and completion targets each month.
• Work with mortgage lenders to release client funds.
• Oversee contract exchanges and legal completions.

What you will bring:

• Experience of Conveyancing, managing your own caseload.
• A passion for delivering excellent client service
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• High level of attention to detail
