Production Operator
South Lanarkshire
Full Time
Certain Advantage are working with a manufacturing company based in South Lanarkshire area. The company has been in operation for over 25 plus years. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to add a production operator on a full time basis.
Experience / skills required:
- Previous experience in a production assembly process would be beneficial
- Good hand-eye coordination and an attention to detail
- Previous experience using basic hand tools incl soldering would be beneficial
- An understanding of the importance of quality and providing exceptional customer service
- Understanding the important of Health & Safety within the workplace is important
- Good team player and communicator but also the ability to work from own initiative.
- Full training will be carried out
Responsibilities
You will work within a small team in a cleanroom environment
You will be punctual and will have a strong work ethic and be highly diligent and be focused on providing high quality products and meeting production targets.
The company is focused on continuous improvement /lean manufacture therefore we are looking for some-one who is forward thinking and able to suggest improvement ideas.
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000
Hours: 4 day working week, Mon to Thurs 37.5 hrs
