Location: Kettering and Corby Depots.

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Contract: Initially 3-month with potential to extend as the work is ongoing, temporary basis.

Certain Advantage is hiring Multi-Skilled Trade Operatives based in the Northamptonshire area.

This role is on a temporary basis and is site-based. However, it likely to be extended

The Company

We’re working with a social housing association.

The Role:

This role is for a Multi-Skilled Trade Operative-someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results-orientated and driven to succeed.

You’ll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

• Working in empty properties
• Fitting kitchens, tiling, flooring and more
• Driving between properties

The Individual

• Minimum Level 2 NVQ in Carpentry, Plumbing, and Multiskilled Trades.
• Must hold an Asbestos Awareness Certificate level 2 minimum.
• Building experience
• Fitting experience
• Flexibility to work across both Kettering and Corby Depot
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
