Certain Advantage is hiring for a Maintenance Planner based in the Shawbury area.

This role is on a contract basis and is office-based.

The Company

We’re working with a Manufacturing business that operates in the Aerospace sector. They design, manufacture and deliver industry-leading commercial aircraft, and separate Space and Defense division.

Would you like to be responsible for short/medium-term planning requirements and Material Planning requirements to support aircraft scheduled maintenance inputs?

The Role:

This role is for a Maintenance Planner-someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results-orientated and driven to succeed.

You’ll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

• Liaison with Operations Controllers, Technical Records and the Maintenance Team
• Technical log
• Review of allocated Aircraft status reports
• Raise aircraft scheduled maintenance orders

The Individual

We’re looking for people who can show:

• Knowledge of EASA regulations relating to Part M and Part 145 Airworthiness and Maintenance requirements
• Experience with SAP and ERP software, for the use of Technical Records, Planning and Maintenance
• Academic qualification in Aviation related discipline (NVQ, BTEC, HNC/D).
