Certain Advantage is hiring for an HVAC Systems Engineer based in the Somerset area.

This role is on a permanent basis and is site-based.

The Role:

This role is for an HVAC Systems Engineer-someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results-orientated and driven to succeed.

You’ll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

  • Mechanical, electrical, nuclear safety, and control logic requirements
  • Sizing of components, performing thermal-hydraulic calculations and modelling with in-house or commercial tools
  • Support to the procurement team
  • Modification and configuration management
  • I&C design of systems
  • Participation in the preparation of the commissioning strategy of systems

The Individual

We’re looking for people who can show:

  • Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
  • Process engineering expertise
  • Nuclear industry background
