Description of role:

.Crone Corkill are currently recruiting for a global technology business a role within the European HRSS Team

Hybrid Working Model 3 days office / 2 days home

  • Generating offer letters and Contracts
  • Support with HR admin/operations processes in and for UK and Ireland
    – Create contracts, amendments, letters or any required HR documents
    – Maintain physical and electronic employee files and master data in the HR-system
    – Support with onboarding in UK&IR
    – Support employees with HR documents, coordination of preparing documents, collecting signatures, providing them to employees and archiving them.
    Collaboration with Payroll, benefits providers and support with administration and benefits enrolment

    – Fluent English (written and spoken)
    – Good knowledge of and experience with HR Operations/Administration in UK&IR, UK&IR legislation/requirements
    – Knowledge of and experience with MS Office (mainly Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR-systems, preferably Success Factors and/or Workday
    – Previous experience with ticketing systems
  • Support with HR Administration tasks for the supported EMEA countries
  • Respond to employee queries related to HRSS processes, HR policies
  • First experience in HR operations or shared service model within EMEA region HR Shared Services organizations or in an HR environment capacity, providing direct support to front-line employees and people leaders would be an advantage
  • HR or Commercial vocational training required, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour, or related field would be an advantage
