Certain Advantage is hiring for a Head of HR based in the UK.

This role is on a permanent basis and will involve a full relocation within the UK.

The Company

We’re working with a business that is going a change and wants a strategic but operational Head of HR. We are looking for an experienced individual to re shape the HR function.

The Role:

This role is for a dynamic Head of HR-someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You will be results-orientated and driven to succeed.

You will report to senior stakeholders and the board and be responsible for:

• Full HR function
• Setting all policies and procedures
• Responsible for a change and transformation project
• Working directly with an owner and being a future board member
• Focusing on long term business strategy
• Ability to pivot into operational mode.
• Extensive legal and ER experience.

The Individual

We are looking for people who can show:

• Proven experience as Head of HR
• Has worked in a stand-alone role
• Results driven in multiple sectors
• People focused
• Experienced in developing teams
• Experienced in implementing change and transformation
• Great communicator
• Experience working with independent owners
• CIPD level 7 (minimum)
