Description of role:
Certain Advantage is working closely with a fast growing software company to hire a B2B/Digital Growth Marketer. You’ll join a small, ambitious marketing team which you will be focused on CRO, paid media, CRM campaigns and full funnel marketing. The company has seen 100% year on year growth with more to come.
As part of the Marketing Operations team, you’ll lead paid media and digital advertising efforts driving qualified leads, improving conversion rates, and optimizing ROI and acquisition costs.
Key focus areas:
- Paid Media – Google & LinkedIn Ads+ other strategic paid campaigns
- Digital CRM Campaigns in Hubspot
- CRO, Landing pages and A/B Testing
- Performance Analytics
- Cross-functional Collaboration
What you will bring:
- Experience in paid media/performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on CRO and analytics skills (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Familiarity with CRMs/automation tools like HubSpot
- Strong grasp of SaaS marketing funnels
- Data-driven mindset and strong communication skills
