Description of role:

Due to continued client growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA / Administrator to join the team.
Reporting to the Head of Operations and Divisional Director the duties will be varied and include:-
- Provide administrative support to solicitors and legal staff
- Manage and organize documents, files, and correspondence
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff member
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff, clients, and visitors
- Assist with client intake and data entry into case management systems
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and workflow
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a professional services business
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality
