Stephen joined our Finance Team Recruitment as a Consultant mid-2024, joining Paul and the wider team to service the growing demands for our services in the North-West.
Like most recruiters, Stephen fell into recruitment by chance and stayed because he found he was really great at it. Having worked in Sales and Marketing previously, he understands that behind great recruitment is outstanding customer service.
What Stephen enjoys most is speaking to so many different people. Always known as being talkative. Recruitment stood out to him and he hasn’t looked back since!
His ambition to grow his career motivated him to move into the finance sector, which led him to the Certain Advantage team.
Helping people is close at his heart. He raised an incredible £10,000 for a homeless charity in Manchester after his studies highlighted the issue, prompting him and a few friends to make a difference.
Stephen’s main hobbies include just about every sport possible – if there’s a sport, he’s probably tried it! Among them all, football stands out as his absolute favourite, proudly supporting Blackburn Rovers.
