Khadija joined our HR Recruitment Team mid-2024, working alongside our HR Director, Rachel Stockell.
She possesses a deep understanding of the HR industry and what it takes to excel as a professional after completing her studies in Human Resource Management at Manchester Metropolitan University. This provided her with a solid foundation in HR principles, which she uses to help her find the HR professionals for our clients.

She believes in being honest and clear with candidates and clients, respecting everyone’s unique needs and perspectives to ensure that expectations are aligned, and outcomes are mutually beneficial.
Khadija’s main passion is around traveling and exploring new cultures. And while at University she had the opportunity to study in Germany. Jumping at the chance to travel she gained valuable insights into the workings of international businesses. This experience remains one of the highlights of her life so far.
