Her journey in recruitment has seen her successfully build and lead a team of 360 consultants in the Southwest, working with some of the most exciting engineering businesses across the UK. Erin brings a deep understanding of the industry to the team, with her expertise and fresh perspective being valuable assets to our team and clients.
After relocating from Devon, Erin chose Certain Advantage to advance her recruitment career, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have her on board. Her love for outdoor climbing and bouldering, especially in the Peak District and North Wales, also made Manchester the perfect new home.
