Anastasia (also known as Ana) joined the Certain Advantage team in mid-2024 as an HR Recruitment Consultant. With six years of recruitment experience, she teamed up with Rachel to expand our HR recruitment services.
Ana will be recruiting for our clients in the North West of England, including:

- HR Administrators
- HR Business Partners
- HR Managers
- Heads of HR
- HR Directors
Ana loves speaking to people and engaging with personalities she might not usually encounter in everyday life, which inspired her to pursue a career in recruitment.
Outside of work, Ana has a background in the performing arts, having been part of an operatic society in Trafford. While she no longer performs regularly, she still enjoys singing—especially when it comes to karaoke.
