Jonathan (known to everyone as Jay) joined the Business Development team in 2025 as Business Development Executive for IT.
With 8 years of experience in recruitment, he knows how to get to the heart of a client’s needs, matching them with the right consultant and a network of professionals who can deliver real results.
Jay’s focus is on supporting IT clients, old and new. Building relationships with some of the biggest businesses on exciting projects and helping them secure the talent they need to succeed.
Outside of work, Jay’s all about sports – football, rugby league, golf, darts, and American football keep him busy.
