Role: Credit Controller
Location: Glasgow (Office Based)
Salary: up to c.£27k (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing customer credit and making approval or denial decisions based on industry standards
- Resolving queries and disputes for billing
- Negotiating payment plans and establishing terms and conditions
- Coordinating repayment schedules and collaborating with Debt Counsellors
- Monitoring timely payments and posting daily payments
- Initiating legal action and liaising with Solicitors and Bailiffs where appropriate
- Keeping precise and up-to-date records
- Preparing aged debtors reports
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year credit control experience in a similar high-volume environment
- Ability to work cohesively and effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Excel (pivot tables/V-Look Ups), Outlook, and Word
- Proven ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
- Dynamic, personable individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment
