Finance Business Partner

My client is focused on providing consultancy and professional advisory services to SME’s across the North West of England. Due to continued growth in terms of clients and funding a superb opportunity has arisen for a Qualified (or highly experienced) finance professional to join the business in the role of Finance Business Partner.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A you will also work closely across the business including to SLT & Board level (as well as direct with clients) to drive effective budgeting, forecasting and decision making across the Group. Duties will be varied but will include:-

• Financial analysis and reporting.
• Developing financial models for analysis and review.
• Managing and leading annual Budgeting processes and effective forecasting.
• Experience in robust and meaningful financial analysis.
• Extensive senior business partnering within the Group and with external clients
• Ad hoc analysis and commitment to continued process improvement

The successful candidate is likely to be qualified, or had significant commercial finance experience of an equivalent level, and have at least 2 year’s commercial finance experience within business partnering, FP&A or similar. Systems experience (particular Excel, Power BI or similar) will be key as will your communication and presentation skills.
