Kagan joined the Certain Advantage team in 2024 as a Client Solutions Executive.
Originally from Turkey, Kagan moved to the UK in 2019 to pursue a Master’s in International Business at York St John University. Before working in recruitment, he gained valuable experience as an Account Manager in several industries, including engineering, FMCG, logistics, automation, robotics, and retail.
After working as a recruiter for a while, he realised his skills and preference were always to work in a Customer Success role, where he could problem-solve and work closely with clients to achieve specific goals.
Fun fact: Kagan has an identical twin, and even close friends struggle to tell them apart! Outside of work, Kagan and his fiancé are proud pet parents to Monty the cat and Frankie the dog.
