Ken joined Certain Advantage in 2024 as Client Solutions Executive. Bringing over 26 years of recruitment experience to the team, Ken has worked his way through various positions, from consultant roles to regional management, before running his own business for seven years.
Not actively seeking a new role, Ken was introduced to Certain Advantage by a long-term acquaintance in the industry. Impressed by the company’s culture and market opportunities, he decided to take the plunge—and hasn’t looked back since.
Outside of work, Ken has travelled around the globe, has swum with dolphins and sharks—though he admits the sharks looked pretty threatening – and enjoys track days, where he channels his inner Lewis Hamilton.
