Rosie joined us as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in 2024. She started her career in finance recruitment, initially focusing on part-qualified roles, and as her market expertise grew, she transitioned to handling fully qualified positions.
Her love of conversation—something her mum always teased her about— and being inspired by her elder sister who had been in recruitment for years, led her to a career in recruitment. And, we think she’s a natural.
Raised in the Middle East, Rosie then moved to Aberdeen for University, but now calls Glasgow city centre home. Outside of work, she has a creative streak, having been part of the Scottish Youth Opera, and is fluent in French and Spanish, even winning the Scottish National Spelling Bee for Spanish!
