Finance Manager

Our exclusive client is a consistent, high growth e-business that was established at the start of the internet era and has since attracted private equity investment from a range of first class industry leaders and funds.

Due to continued growth an exciting new opportunity has been created for an experienced, proven Finance Manager to grow and develop the small, dedicated transactional finance team.

Reporting to the Financial Controller it is a great role with full ownership of :-

• The monthly management accounts process & delivery
• Assist in the production of the Board Pack
• Monthly variance analysis and commentary
• Budgeting & forecasting
• Lead and develop a small transactional finance team
• Be a key driver of continued improvement across processes, controls, reporting & analysis
• Acting as a commercial Finance Business Partner to a range of Head Office colleagues in IT, Operations, and People & Culture

You will be an experienced finance professional and either be qualified or a final stage studier. You will have strong system skills to improve our reporting & analysis capability and experience of Sage (50 or 200) would be a benefit.

You will have a commercial grasp of the numbers and strong communication skills to continue to develop the commercial understanding of your non-finance colleagues.
